Bob, as the Executive Director of Oasis Ministries, along with Penny's wisdom and counselling skills, have a combination of 28 years pastoral experience and 30 years as Registered Clinical Counsellors, which has uniquely equipped them for this ministry. Married for 42 years, and the parents of three married sons (6 grandchildren), Bob and Penny co-authored the Couple Care Marriage Preparation Manual and Along The Way. Additionally, Bob has authored Broken Church Restored, outlining a systematic approach of applying spiritual first-aid to broken churches in need of healing and The Power of Forgiveness. Bob is also waiting to have his latest work published on “Resilience… Building Capacity of Ministry Health and Longevity” and "Burnout...Running On Empty."
